CNC Machinist – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
4-Day Workweek | Up to $35/hr | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Up to $8,000+ Annual Bonus
TOPS Staffing is hiring experienced CNC Machinists for a growing manufacturing operation. This is a great opportunity for a skilled machinist who enjoys setup work, high-mix production, and working with a variety of parts.

Schedule & Pay Shift: Afternoon
Hours: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Schedule: Monday-Thursday
Overtime: Fridays available
Pay: Up to $35.00/hour , based on experience
The company is currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus to qualified new hires.
In addition, employees have the opportunity to earn an annual performance bonus of up to $8,000+ .
What You'll DoThis position is designed for machinists who enjoy taking ownership of their machines and working through different setups and parts throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
- Perform multiple setups and changeovers
- Load programs and verify machine setups
- Change tooling and adjust offsets
- Set up workholding using fixtures, vises, clamps, and related tooling
- Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
- Read blueprints, job travelers, and manufacturing documentation
- Maintain quality and production standards
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Previous experience setting up and operating CNC mills or lathes
- Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-mix, low-to-mid volume machining experience is preferred
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $35/hour
