Role:Business System Analyst with Quote to Cash

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and IT teams to analyze, design, and optimize the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations.
• Support configuration and deployment of QTC tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose system-based solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and compliance.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Conduct impact analysis, gap assessments, and root cause investigations.
• Work with developers, QA teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management.
• Ensure solutions comply with internal controls and financial reporting requirements (e.g., ASC 606 compliance).
• Provide post-implementation support and system documentation.
