Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Griffin and Associates, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing productive and trusting therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular therapy sessions to discuss client progress, stability, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their active involvement in their own recovery journey.

• Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date documentation, including comprehensive progress notes for each client session.

• Performing initial intake assessments to gauge client needs, concerns, and appropriate treatment options.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or an equivalent field.

• Hold an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency with digital tools and technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software for seamless documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Griffin and Associates offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures that you're compensated fairly and consistently, with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
