This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and comfort while you provide care. While you will be engaging with clients in an outpatient setting, you can do so from the convenience of your home. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to guide treatment strategies.

• Providing therapeutic services that are evidence-based, including individual, group, family, and couples therapy.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging in continuous professional development by participating in training workshops and staying informed about the latest research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients, although a background in child and adolescent therapy is beneficial. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be instrumental in providing personalized strategies that empower clients to make positive changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required. A Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Experience working with adult populations, along with familiarity with child and adolescent therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
