Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms related to mood disorders, including intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to craft tailored therapeutic plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and preferences.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively treat mood disorders.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other behavioral health professionals to provide integrated care.

• Stay current with ongoing research and evolving practices in the mental health field to enhance treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs and work toward reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Your clientele will include individuals facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, particularly mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
