Role Description This is a full-time, Marketing Representative role based in Mississippi. The Marketing Representative will promote Bluefire Insurance products and services to existing and potential customers through in-person engagement, phone outreach, and local marketing initiatives. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining agency and customer relationships, presenting coverage options, supporting sales campaigns, and assisting with marketing materials and events. The role also involves providing insurance product information, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and a positive customer experience. The Marketing Representative will track leads, report on campaign performance, and contribute ideas to improve marketing and sales strategies. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Candidates should possess customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach. Candidates should possess sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing opportunities in an insurance or related environment. Candidates should possess training skills to support agencies or team members in understanding products, processes, and marketing initiatives. Candidates should possess sales & marketing skills, including basic knowledge of local marketing tactics, promotional campaigns, and brand representation.
