Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and mental health evaluations to identify clients' specific challenges and strengths.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting individual and family wellness.

• Provide one-on-one psychotherapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapies that support personal development.

• Set mutually agreed-upon therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress to ensure effective interventions.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment interventions accurately in accordance with organizational standards and compliance regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated with best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your ability to relate to and engage individuals from various backgrounds will enhance their therapeutic experience, allowing you to address a wide spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• At least two years of experience providing therapy in relevant settings, which demonstrates clinical competency.

• Strong understanding of family systems and the application of therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to form strong therapeutic alliances.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
