Support Engineer

Salary: $142,000 - 194,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, IT services, or the healthcare sector.
• We require a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• We want experience with troubleshooting, help desk operations, or ticketing platforms.
• We need someone who can work onsite 3 days per week in one of our designated hub locations.
• We require the ability to obtain the necessary government security clearance.
• We prefer candidates with basic IT and networking knowledge.
• We value experience with SQL or database querying.
• We prefer familiarity with CCL, HL7, or healthcare systems.
• We prefer exposure to back-end troubleshooting or system maintenance.
• Technical certifications are preferred.
• Minimum qualification option: 4 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field, or a bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.

• We investigate and resolve client issues by reviewing front-end applications, collecting details, observing users, and testing workflows.
• We perform back-end troubleshooting, including capturing logs, querying database tables, updating fields, and cycling servers.
• We respond to customer questions, both technical and non-technical, by phone, email, and messaging tools.
• We collaborate across teams to escalate and resolve complex or critical issues.
• We document troubleshooting actions, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the issue lifecycle.
• We prioritize our workload to meet service-level expectations and client needs.
• We support internal stakeholders with escalated customer situations.
