Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Provide therapeutic services for diverse groups, families, couples, and individuals, helping them navigate various mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure compliant and effective care delivery.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest mental health research and best practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during case reviews and treatment planning sessions to enhance the quality of client care.
