Maintenance Supervisor

STS Technical Services is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Position Summary: Our client is a growing manufacturing company seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead its maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee industrial maintenance technicians and janitors across multiple shifts while ensuring that all maintenance operations, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: Supervise a team of industrial maintenance technicians and janitors across multiple shifts Utilize a user-friendly CMMS to manage maintenance operations Create, approve, and manage work orders following standard processes Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance (PM) tasks Maintain compliance with all safety standards and department protocols Coordinate with production and safety departments to minimize equipment downtime Oversee facilities maintenance to ensure optimal operation Develop and manage team schedules Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Minimum of 8 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting Previous supervisory experience required Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of experience supervising industrial maintenance teams Familiarity with MaintainX CMMS About STS Technical Services: STS Technical Services is a Top 100 Staffing Firm partnered with some of the largest names in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, and industrial operations.
