Warehouse Supervisor

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR IN AURORA, IL Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Aurora, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for supervising daily distribution center operations, leading warehouse associates, managing workflow, and ensuring productivity, safety, and accuracy standards are consistently met in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, distribution center experience, and the ability to effectively coach teams while maintaining operational efficiency and communication across departments. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $65,000 to $68,000/yearly Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Located in Aurora, IL (Salary range based on experience) Duties and Responsibilities Supervise shipping and warehouse associates in daily operations Delegate daily tasks and ensure workload distribution is properly assigned Monitor productivity, accuracy, and operational performance Ensure all parcel orders are shipped by end of day deadlines Manage cycle counts and maintain high inventory accuracy Oversee returns processing, receipts, and intercompany transfers Train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees Address performance issues, including errors and productivity concerns Conduct daily communication with warehouse manager regarding issues and updatesEnsure staffing requirements and daily operational plans are executed Maintain overtime control in line with management expectations Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards Ensure proper use of equipment and safety procedures at all times Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Maintain communication across departments as needed Complete operational checklists and monthly safety meetings Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior distribution or warehouse supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills required Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills Ability to work within multiple systems and data entry platforms Strong understanding of OSHA safety requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution setting Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to train, coach, and motivate employees effectively Flexibility to support duties outside primary responsibilities as needed Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Accurate Personnel provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
