About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales for its aerospace services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth in the sector, proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and leading the sales team to exceed revenue targets. This role requires a business head with a strong background in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning within the aerospace industry. The VP of Sales will also be expected to promote teamwork, stay abreast of market trends, and manage the delivery of persuasive proposals and contracts to attract new clients. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development within the aerospace industry. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, comprehensive knowledge of the aerospace industry, and exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a willingness to travel extensively are also essential for this position. The VP of Sales will be the face of the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows, and will be expected to enhance the company's brand visibility and networking opportunities.
