Job Description

Boston Yacht Sales is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and organized Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist to support the day-to-day accounting operations of our yacht dealership. This is a part-time, in-office position requiring approximately 20–25 hours per week, with a minimum of four days per week in the office .

This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records by processing customer and vendor transactions, assisting with general accounting functions, and supporting office administrative activities.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential.
