Accounts Payable Specialist

Our Accounting & Finance Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be a good fit for roles with the specifications below:
Compensation :
$26.00-$28.00/hr *
*listed not guaranteed - potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
- Address vendor inquiries, set up new vendors in the system, and ensure accuracy of vendor records
- Maintain all payment or other transaction records (including vendor/supplier data)
- Review and process invoice vouchers for payment and invoice deduction notices
- Prepare month- and year-end close, as well as specially requested reports for management or customers
- Optimize workflows and environment to facilitate effective and efficient accounting operations???????
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience required
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness
- Must be reliable and responsible
- A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of work quality
