Strategic Director of Customer Growth

Owning the GMV outcome for a portfolio of Archive's largest brand partners, the full-time Strategic Director of Customer Growth will build executive relationships, drive commercial strategy, and prioritize strategic initiatives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with senior brand stakeholders, managing QBRs and navigating complex conversations Own renewal strategies and lead expansion conversations, developing business cases for growth initiatives Coordinate internal teams to support account needs and drive outcomes across various functions Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in enterprise account management or commercial roles with a focus on revenue outcomes Proven track record of managing VP+ relationships and leading commercial negotiations Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop growth strategies and drive pricing discussions Experience working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives Exceptional communication skills tailored for executive audiences #J-18808-Ljbffr Archive Resale Inc.
