Assistant Service Advisor

Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Service Advisor to join our growing service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in the automotive industry.

The Service Advisor Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Service Department by assisting Service Advisors, Quick Lane Advisors, and Service BDC personnel with customer communication, appointment coordination, vehicle intake, and overall customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers and provide a professional first impression.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments and checking in vehicles.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status and estimated completion times.
• Support Service Advisors with repair orders, documentation, and customer follow-up.
• Support the BDC team with customer questions, and appointment coordination.
• Assist with maintaining communication between customers, advisors, technicians, and management.
• Assist with moving, parking, and organizing customer vehicles.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery of customers vehicles.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Strong customer service, and communication skills.
• Automotive dealership or service experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
