Key Qualifications:

• Ability to supervise physical therapist assistants (PTAs) in compliance with state regulations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and fellow professionals
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations for K-12 students to identify physical therapy needs
• Collaborate with special education and classroom teams to create and implement individualized interventions
• Provide direct therapy services as required by each student’s IEP
• Supervise PTAs, supporting them to deliver high-quality care
• Travel between multiple school locations as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records in line with district and state guidelines
