Payment Operations Analyst

JCW is working with a growing commercial bank in Connecticut on a hire for a Senior Payment Operations AnalystRead on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.This is a subject matter expert role sitting at the heart of the bank's electronic payments environment — owning wire, ACH, and FX processing, leading complex investigations, and playing a key role in audit readiness, compliance, and process improvement.What you'll bring:5+ years in payment operations within banking or financial services, including domestic, international, and FX wire processingAdvanced knowledge of SWIFT, ACH, FedLine, and wire transfer systemsStrong understanding of BSA/AML, OFAC, KYC, and broader consumer regulationsExperience with reconciliations, fraud and sanctions screening, xhyhwjd and UAT for system enhancementsNacha AAP and/or APRP certification strongly preferredBachelor's degree requiredIf you're a payments specialist looking for a high-visibility role where you can make a real impact - please apply!
