We are seeking experienced Machinist NC A candidates to support our manufacturing operations. Openings are available across several CNC machining areas, including 5-Axis, Lathe, LPP, MillTurn, NL, Swiss, and Vertical machining .
Machinists are responsible for setting up and operating CNC/NC equipment to produce precision components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, performing machine setups, making necessary tooling or offset adjustments, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining production and quality standards.
Current openings include: Machinist NC A – 5 Axes; Machinist NC A – Lathe; Machinist NC A – LPP; Machinist NC A – MillTurn; Machinist NC A – MillTurn-NL; Machinist NC A – MillTurn-NT; Machinist NC A – NL; Machinist NC A – Swiss; Machinist NC A – Vertical
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate assigned CNC/NC machinery based on experience and department needs
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications
- Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offset adjustments as required
- Inspect parts using appropriate precision measuring equipment to verify specifications
- Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Identify tooling, machine, or part-quality issues and communicate concerns promptly
- Accurately document production and inspection information
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
- Work overtime and occasional weekends as production needs require
