An opportunity is available for an experienced IV Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding operations in a cleanroom environment. This full-time contract role is based in Evanston, IL, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound sterile IV medications including antibiotics, hydration solutions, minibags, and syringes.
• Follow strict aseptic techniques and compliant sterile compounding procedures in adherence to USP <797> standards.
• Accurately label, package, and prepare medications for dispensing.
• Assist with prescription filling and data entry as required.
• Maintain cleanroom standards to ensure a safe and contamination-free environment.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on IV compounding experience is required.
• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License.
• Proven experience working within a sterile compounding cleanroom setting.
• Solid knowledge of aseptic techniques and sterile preparation procedures.
• PTCB certification and Sterile Compounding Certificate are preferred but not mandatory.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.
