Account Manager - ManufacturingThe Account Manager maintains and grows client accounts, oversees onboarding, and serves as the main liaison between customers and internal teams. This role requires strong project management, supply-chain coordination, and excellent relationship-building skills in a fast-paced, cGMP-regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow customer accounts from onboarding through project completionLead RFQs and oversee complex BOMsProvide timely production updates and same-day responses to customer inquiriesMonitor order readiness, procurement, and delivery timelinesLead customer meetings and ensure high satisfaction and retentionIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesCollaborate with Finance on account audits and A/R follow-upMitigate risks and ensure stable, successful account performanceSupport supply-chain communication using project management best practicesQualifications3–5 years in Account Management or B2B Customer ServiceExperience in cGMP manufacturing (Pharma, Nutraceuticals, Cosmetics, Food)Strong project-management and supply-chain understandingHighly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvyStrong written and verbal communication skillsPMP preferred
