Job Overview

We are expanding operations in the Brandon, FL market. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive local account growth, build strong client relationships, and prepare for rapid advancement into team leadership and agency management.

No prior insurance or direct sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, dedicated side-by-side mentorship, and all the tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Account Growth: Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, individuals, and families in your assigned local territory.

• Consultative Sales: Educate clients on supplemental coverage options and deliver clear product presentations tailored to their needs.

• Leadership Development: Learn agency operations, participate in candidate interviews, and mentor new agents as you advance toward management.

• Pipeline Management: Track daily activities, client leads, and accounts using CRM and administrative tools.

• Ongoing Training: Attend weekly team briefings, leadership workshops, and product strategy sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or military background is a plus, but not required.

• Self-motivated with strong time-management skills and a clear desire to grow into management.

• Ability to work independently in the field while staying connected to a supportive team.

• Authorized to work in the United States with reliable local transportation.
