Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, required CPA is required Strong knowledge of US GAAP Advance skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Preferred proficiency in Oracle ERP Able to pass a drug test and background check Experience – 7+ years of relevant experience, and Big 4 accounting experience preferred. Responsibilities Oversee accounting and reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and accounting policy development Responsible for accurate and timely month‑end close accounting functions Drive accounting related initiatives across the organization with business leaders, vendors, and consultants Actively develop and mentor staff for succession planning and career growth Assist in adoption of new accounting standards, including researching standards, preparing written accounting policy for the company, and preparing new disclosures Oversee and/or assist external audits (banking compliance, and financial) Tricolor Holdings is a drug‑free, Equal Opportunity Employer.
