Staff Accountant @ High Growth Company (Series D)

Coda Search is partnering with a high-growth global technology company that recently completed its Series D and is scaling rapidly across new markets. Backed by strong investors and fueled by innovation, the company is transforming its industry.

The team is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the core finance group, gaining hands-on exposure across corporate accounting, cash management, and financial operations. This role is integral to supporting the company’s continued growth and offers the opportunity to develop within a fast-paced, highly collaborative tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, including accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
\n
• Assist with fixed asset schedules, depreciation, and amortization.
\n
• Process and review invoices with accurate coding, documentation, and approvals.
\n
• Support daily cash management and maintain weekly cash activity reports.
\n
• Research vendor discrepancies and coordinate with internal/external partners.
\n
• Assist with AR collections and account reconciliations.
\n
• Help prepare audit schedules and implement process improvements as the company scales.
\n
• Provide analytical and administrative support to accounting and finance leadership.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
\n
• 2+ years of accounting experience (public or private); high-growth or fast-paced experience is a plus.
\n
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
\n
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
\n
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
