Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to collect detailed information about clients' mental health history, concerns, and strengths, developing a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, tailored to meet each client’s specific circumstances.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, establishing measurable goals and interventions in partnership with clients, ensuring their active participation in their healing journey.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops, fostering a sense of community and shared experiences among participants.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with other interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans to protect clients in acute distress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
