COMFORT ADVISOR | Warm Leads Provided! Are you a closer? Your sales skills could be worth $150K+ here.
You bring the ability to sell. We'll teach you everything else.
If you're successful in automotive sales, solar, wireless, high-end hospitality, door-to-door sales, or another performance-driven environment , this could be your next move.
We're looking for proven salespeople who know how to connect with customers, uncover what they need, confidently recommend a solution - and CLOSE.
No HVAC experience required.

You'll meet with homeowners who need HVAC solutions and guide them through one of the most important purchases they'll make for their home.
You'll assess their needs, explain available options, recommend the right solution, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the business.
You'll own the customer experience from consultation through close while building relationships that generate future referrals.

HVAC experience is not required. Sales ability is.
Training & TravelYou'll begin with two weeks of paid training at $25/hour ($1,000/week) in Dallas or Philadelphia , followed by phased on-the-job training.
Travel is required within your assigned sales territory.
