Pay Range: $50 - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build technical expertise in Meta's various advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups
• Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Meta advertising solutions
• Partner closely with sales teams and Tier A advertisers to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services
• Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive resolution

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
• Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business, able to autonomously prioritize, and communicate effectively with sales and clients
• Experience with technical troubleshooting of Meta Advertising & Business technologies (e.g., Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Meta SDK, Meta Pixel)
• Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery
• Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and
• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs
