Director, Data Operations

Responsibilities Lead the strategy and execution of the company’s data analytics and operations roadmap to align enterprise data capabilities with corporate growth objectives Oversee the delivery of high-impact business intelligence solutions to ensure organizational data is accurate, accessible, and effectively used to inform strategic decision-making Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance indicators and deliver data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience Establish and enforce global data governance and compliance standards to maintain data integrity, privacy, and regulatory alignment Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of analytics and operations professionals while evolving scalable reporting frameworks and data-driven business processes Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field 10–12+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategic data analytics, or operations management Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing analytics or operations teams Demonstrated experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI, including SQL-based reporting Experience managing large-scale business operations, process improvement initiatives, and performance benchmarking programs Hard Skills Data Analytics Business Intelligence Performance Benchmarking Process Improvement Data Visualization Statistical Analysis Quantitative Analysis Operations Management Key Performance Indicators Data-Driven Insights Soft Skills Mentoring Collaboration Strategic Decision-Making Communication Leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
