The role: GAAP intensive at first; ME close and general accounting Supervise the accounting department, from A to Z Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting Hire, train and develop accounting and finance staff Tons of special projects Accounting department will be fast growing; this person will be hiring 3 to 5 people this year Work with a strong CFO Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required At least two years of leadership experience 10 or more years of experience Combo of public and private preferred but not a must CPA preferred Strong history of project management Someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit Exceptional understanding of GAAP Understands and enjoys a dynamic fast-paced environment This company is offering a very competitive base, bonus and benefits package and is ready to hire.
