Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join an exciting, fast-paced organization. This is a hands-on role supporting end users with desktop deployments, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations as well as supporting remote end users. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who enjoys solving problems, works well in a dynamic environment, and is eager to learn Responsibilities Image and deploy computers Phone support as well as deskside support Set up and configure user workstations Provide Audio/Visual (AV) support Ship, receive, and inventory computer equipment Move and install IT equipment as needed Troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user issues Support day-to-day desktop and IT operations Preferred Skills & Qualifications Microsoft Azure – if have done provisioning, user management, or general Azure administration.
