Dinsmore is seeking a Client Account Specialist at our San Diego, CA location who will provide accounting support for both the San Diego and Los Angeles, CA offices. Responsibilities Process narrative edits and time and cost adjustments Generate monthly Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports as directed by client Assist attorneys and legal administrative assistants with client inquiries Address internal and external inquiries in connection with billed and unbilled totals, payment status, and matter history Assistteam with projects such as reviewing official documents received for client matters for accuracy and logging information from those documents in our document management system Reconcile corporate credit card statements weekly Maintain telephone, email, and personal contact with clients, attorneys, and staff Observe confidentiality in all Firm and client matters Other duties as assigned Requirements Working knowledge of accounting functions Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word Experience using ChromeRiver and familiarity with law firm accounting systems Ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Possess strong organizational and time management skills Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Dinsmore & Shohl, 655 West Broadway, San Diego, California, United States of America #J-18808-Ljbffr Dinsmore & Shohl LLP
