Marketing Copywriter

We are seeking a Marketing Copywriter who will help heighten our brand in the marketplace and play a critical role in our marketing process. Position Responsibilities Managing our brand across multiple media avenues such as print, internet, social media, and advertising Writing copy for all emails and funnel steps, using knowledge of sales and psychology to improve sales conversion, click, and open rates Analyzing email and funnel statistics and actively working to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel Split testing copy in all emails and funnels Assisting and engaging in high‑level discussions and decisions Knowledge of Adobe Suites Knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM Developing and managing marketing campaigns Collaborating with Directors and Leaders to capitalize on opportunities Assisting in implementation and maintaining budgets, schedules, marketing plans, tactics, and resources Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Four years of experience as a Marketing Copywriter Project and team management experience Strong copywriting skills Planning, budgeting, and reporting experience Content creation expertise Superior research and analytical skills SEO strategy knowledge Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Digital marketing proficiency Proven ability to execute marketing programs such as targeted direct mail, email, field events, and social media Compensation & Benefits Starting compensation based on experience with a variety of benefits and incentives Health insurance (HMO coverage with dependent coverage) Dental coverage Performance and loyalty bonuses Meal allowances during training Career growth and learning opportunities Allowances for rice, clothing, laundry, and meals Frequent workplace disinfection and fogging Opportunities for growth and promotion Employee shuttle services Company retreats and off‑site events Recognition gifts and rewards Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will regularly use a computer, copier, and printer, and may occasionally move about the office, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, and lift up to forty pounds.
