Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Lunch 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM) | 4-Day Work Week

Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join a close-knit, family-oriented dental practice. The role involves providing high-quality patient care to a diverse population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, in a busy and collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings and preventive care for patients of all ages
• Conduct patient assessments and identify oral health conditions
• Utilize intraoral cameras, digital radiography (including CBCT), and ultrasonic instrumentation
• Maintain accurate electronic dental charting and documentation
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Deliver gentle, patient-centered care with a calm and reassuring approach
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure an excellent patient experience

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist
• Local anesthesia license preferred
• New graduates accepted (with active or in-process license)
• Experience with dental technology and digital systems preferred
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Friendly, calm, and patient-focused demeanor
