Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health needs, social circumstances, and treatment goals through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Provide individualized counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions where clients can share experiences and receive guidance on common mental health challenges, while also delivering psychoeducation on relevant topics.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific, measurable goals, tailored interventions, and ongoing assessments to monitor client progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments, creating safety plans, and coordinating with emergency resources when necessary to ensure client safety.

• Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate their access to necessary services, helping them navigate the complexities of healthcare and community resources effectively.

• Maintain comprehensive, confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to new hires.
