Paralegal PositionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in cases involving Lemon Law, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to case management and client interaction.ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with legal research, document review, and case preparationConduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather case informationOrganize and maintain legal documents using document management systemsDraft legal correspondence, contracts, and other legal documentsAssist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings when necessaryQualificationsRequired:Experience with high-volume case managementProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong research skills using tools like WestlawExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred:Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field OR Paralegal certificateProficiency in legal case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase)Knowledge of Lemon lawBilingual (Spanish or other language)Benefits401(k)Health, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid time offComplimentary office snacks and beveragesAnnual Holiday PartyMonthly LunchesFree office swagPaid parkingJob Type: Full Time & On SiteHourly Rate: $25.00 -$35.00 an hour
