We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Enterprise Account Executive who is excited about AI & Machine Learning to lead outreach and growth in this fast-evolving space. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging new enterprise customers, with a focus on showcasing Lionbridge’s cutting-edge AI data solutions. You’ll bring energy, resilience, and curiosity into every conversation—helping clients translate technical possibilities into meaningful business outcomes. This is the ideal role for a motivated self-starter who wants to be at the forefront of a fast-growing industry and is curious and creative in their approach to grow revenue. What You Will Do Proactively identify, research, and engage new enterprise prospects across a defined territory or vertical. Build a healthy, opportunity-rich pipeline by reaching new buyers and initiating conversations around AI data and training services. Own the full AI sales cycle. From prospecting and discovery to solution presentation, negotiation, and close – strategically leverage each stage to advance the sale and close deals. Present Lionbridge’s AI solutions in a compelling and consultative way, customizing value propositions for client-specific use cases. Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and machine learning, using insights to tailor outreach and open doors with relevance. Collaborate closely with Sales and internal/external Operations teams to drive successful outcomes and foster strong relationships. Provide accurate forecasting and sales reporting, contributing to overall strategy and planning. Act as a brand ambassador for Lionbridge, always representing the company with professionalism and integrity To Be Successful You Will Have Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a strong preference for experience selling AI/ML services or data‑centric technology solutions. Ability to communicate business‑outcome differentiated value that solves customer pain points. A hunter mindset with demonstrated success in prospecting, engaging new accounts, and opening doors to high‑level decision makers. Confidence in navigating complex organizations and leading multi‑stakeholder sales conversations while fostering trust and credibility. Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth in the AI sector. Ability to balance persistence and adaptability—knowing when to push, pivot, or personalize your approach. Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage pipeline, tasks, and performance. High level of energy, curiosity, and resilience in the face of ambiguity and changing market dynamics. A genuine passion for AI, data, and emerging technologies—and the creativity to connect them to business needs. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry engagements.
