Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze existing IT systems and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with development teams to design effective solutions
• Facilitate communication between IT and business units
• Support testing and implementation of new systems or enhancements
• Assist in training end-users on new systems and processes
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management
