Inspire and support young learners as an elementary general education teacher in a dynamic school setting near Deatsville, AL. This contract opportunity spans the full academic year, beginning mid-August and running through late May, offering the chance to build strong bonds with students and positively impact their educational journey.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Elementary General Education Certification for K-6 from Alabama (check certification status at the state portal)
• Demonstrated skills and experience in a general education teaching setting
• Ability to establish a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with students, parents, and colleagues
• Comfort with integrating technology into lesson planning and classroom management

Core Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a learning environment that encourages growth and enthusiasm for education
• Build and sustain effective relationships with students to foster engagement and success
• Motivate and guide students in developing foundational academic and life skills
• Employ digital tools to enhance learning experiences and 21st-century skill development
