We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join the leadership team at Chick-fil-A Pelham Road. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, develops people, thinks strategically, and can bring fresh energy and ideas to an established organization of approximately 140 team members. More than a traditional General Manager, we are looking for a leader who can identify opportunities, develop solutions, and follow through to ensure ideas become results. You will work closely with Owner/Operator and the restaurant's leadership team to strengthen operations, develop leaders, create accountability, and continually move the business forward. This is an opportunity to learn alongside a 30-year Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator while making a meaningful impact on both the business and the people within it.

Your Impact

Oversee all daily operations, ensuring excellence in food safety, customer service, speed, and hospitality

Lead hands-on alongside the team, stepping into the operation and supporting wherever needed

Lead, coach, and develop leaders throughout an organization of approximately 140 team members

Identify opportunities within the business and proactively develop and implement solutions

Bring fresh energy and innovative ideas while demonstrating the follow-through necessary to turn ideas into sustainable results

Establish clear expectations and create a culture of consistent accountability across the leadership team

Analyze operational performance and use restaurant metrics to identify opportunities and establish achievable goals

Develop leaders who can independently solve problems, make decisions, and take greater ownership of the business

Balance high standards and accountability with appropriate grace, coaching, and encouragement

Partner closely with Owner/Operator and the leadership team to continually improve the restaurant and develop its people

Background Profile

Must be located or willing to relocate to Greenville, SC (required)

3+ years of progressive leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or another high-volume operational environment (required)

Previous Chick-fil-A leadership experience (highly preferred)

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
