Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $136,822 $179,379 annually (based on experience)
• Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP; Relocation bonus up to $10,000

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive overnight trauma and acute care surgery services
• Conduct patient assessments, interpret diagnostics, and create treatment plans
• Manage trauma and emergency general surgery patients across inpatient settings
• Support surgeons with procedures and ongoing patient management
• Document all care accurately in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and medical staff bylaws
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, leadership, and education initiatives

What You Need

• Valid ANCC certification, Board Certification, active BLS, and DEA registration
• At least 2 years of trauma or surgical experience (or fellowship completion)
• Current unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with medical teams
• Commitment to patient safety, excellence, and continuous learning
