Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $136,822 $179,379 annually, based on experience
• Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 per year through Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP)

What You ll Do

• Provide overnight trauma and acute care surgery services in a high-acuity Level II trauma center
• Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, develop treatment plans
• Manage inpatient trauma and emergency surgery patients independently and in collaboration with surgeons
• Support surgical procedures and ongoing patient management
• Document all patient care in Epic EMR system
• Ensure compliance with hospital and medical staff policies
• Participate in mentorship, leadership development, and ongoing education programs
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality

What You Need

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado or ability to obtain one
• Minimum of 2 years trauma surgery experience or completion of a surgical fellowship (highly preferred)
• Current ACLS/BLS certifications
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
