As a licensed and certified W/M/DBE, CERT, Section 3, TGB, and SBA contractor, we specialize in temporary & permanent fencing, fencing gates, and interior demolition. Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and training skills, extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials, and a proven track record of managing successful construction projects. Responsibilities : Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement. Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, implementing solutions to keep projects on track. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project goals are met. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and safety protocols are followed. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders. ollaborate with the project management team to develop and implement project plans and schedules. Work with diverse crew and staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. Train, mentor, and guide crew new to the construction industry, promoting professional development and growth. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role. Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage on-site construction teams. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
