Operations Manager

We’re hiring a Culinary Operations Manager to run the operation end-to-end, lead from the floor, and build a team that takes pride in every detail. What You’ll Do Own the guest experience across all meal periods—warm, polished, and consistently excellent. Lead during service: set the pace, anticipate needs, troubleshoot fast, and keep standards high. Run daily operations including food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations and company policies. Hire, coach, and develop the onsite team of managers and hourly staff; oversee staffing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance. Serve as the primary on-site client contact and keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication and reporting. Track KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and uphold Yarzin Sella and client standards. Manage payroll/timecards, PTO, and support budgets and facility needs. Requirements What You Bring 3–5 years leadership experience in hospitality/restaurant operations and general management. Experience with team building, forecasting, and staffing management. Strong communication, prioritization, and people leadership skills. A guest-first mindset with calm, solutions-oriented operating style. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
