We are seeking two professional and dependable Front Desk Concierges to join our team! As a concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, providing attentive and courteous service while maintaining a secure, organized, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, handling deliveries, coordinating building access, and maintaining a consistent front desk presence. We are looking for individuals who are punctual, well-presented, and comfortable interacting with residents on a daily basis. Experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Provide general information and assistance as needed Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries Monitor building access and maintain security awareness Manage packages and deliveries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Communicate effectively with management Handle resident requests, concerns, or issues in a timely manner Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to multitask and stay organized Friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to remain calm and professional in different situations Clean and professional appearance Schedule: We are looking for candidates who can work approximately 15–20 hours per week. Shifts are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with coverage required seven days a week. Schedule will be shared between two team members. Weekend availability is required.
