Job Description
The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing and grilling menu items efficiently while maintaining food quality and safety standards. This role requires working independently and reports directly to the Head Chef. The position involves regular shifts from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, ensuring consistent and timely food service.
Responsibilities
- Grill food items according to menu specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of grill station
- Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage orders efficiently
- Report any equipment issues to the Head Chef
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in food preparation
- Must possess a Real ID
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Understanding of sanitation protocols
- Ability to work well in a team environment
