Highlights for this opportunity:

• Two immediate full-time positions available at the middle school level (35–37.5 hours per week, M–F).
• One role focuses on 6th-grade English Language Arts and Math in specialized settings, with preference for candidates experienced in reading intervention programs (such as SPIRE, WILSON, OG).
• The second role covers grades 6–8 as an Academic Assistance teacher, supporting executive functioning and offering resource-style help in core subjects.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Certification for Connecticut or eligibility for CT certification.
• Experience or familiarity with reading intervention programs (for ELA/Math role).
• Background in supporting students with IEPs and diverse learning needs.
• Commitment to fostering positive, inclusive classroom environments.
