About the Role As an Insurance Closer, you will engage with pre-qualified leads, guiding them through our comprehensive insurance solutions. Your primary focus will be on consultative selling, demonstrating the value of our products, effectively addressing client concerns, and ultimately closing sales. This position is designed for individuals eager to build a successful sales career by mastering the art of virtual client engagement and deal closure. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct virtual consultations via phone and video calls with warm, pre-qualified leads. Actively listen to client needs and provide tailored insurance recommendations. Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and policy details. Skillfully handle objections and provide persuasive solutions. Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact to final sale. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Qualifications To thrive in this role, you will need: A valid driver's license. Your own personal vehicle. Authorization to work in the United States. To be 18 years of age or older. A mobile device with cellular data. Must hold an active Property and Casualty Insurance license or wiling to obtain one. Previous sales experience is required Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport over virtual channels. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. A results-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed. Professionalism and a commitment to ethical sales practices. Self-discipline and the ability to manage your time effectively. Compensation and Benefits This full-time, in-office position offers a compensation structure of base plus commission , with an expected earning potential ranging from $70,000 to $140,000 annually .
