Florence Beer Market is looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Bartender to join our growing team. We're a locally owned neighborhood gathering place known for great food, craft beer, cocktails, live music, trivia nights, and outstanding customer service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Verify guest identification and comply with all TABC regulations
• Process orders and payments accurately using our POS system
• Work alongside servers and kitchen staff to ensure excellent guest experiences
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Keep bar equipment clean and maintained
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere during special events, trivia nights, and live music

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred (restaurant experience is a plus)
• Current TABC Certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
• Food Handler's Certificate preferred
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Evening, weekend, and some holiday availability required
