Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals and interventions, adjusting as needed based on client progress.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create coordinated and holistic care plans for clients.
\n
• Facilitate crisis interventions, complete risk assessments, and develop safety plans to maintain client well-being.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Lead supportive group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to provide additional therapeutic avenues for clients.

You will work with a diverse clientele encompassing individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with a commitment to fostering therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
