- Assurer l'accueil tlphonique des patients avec professionnalisme et bienveillance
- Grer les dossiers patients : cration, suivi, mise jour, numrisation, archivage, saisie des comptes-rendus et gestion administrative
- Organiser les plannings mdicaux et coordonner les rendez-vous des mdecins
- l'aise dans la relation tlphonique et le contact avec les patients
- Traiter les correspondances mails et courriers, ainsi que l'dition des ordonnances de sortie
- Prparer et organiser les runions de synthse
- Premire exprience russie en secrtariat mdical souhaite
- Sens du travail en quipe, capacit grer des interlocuteurs multiples, sens de l'organisation et des priorits
- Matrise du Pack Office ; la connaissance du logiciel TrakCare serait un atout
Conditions De Travail
Rmunration sous la CCN 51 partir de 2170 brut avec reprise d'anciennet possible
Horaires de travail en journe / 38h avec 18 RTT
CDI Temps plein
